How It Will Work:

All participants will run the course in pairs. You may choose a desired partner for the event or we can place you with a partner based on self -reported 5K pace.

Start times will be staggered in :30 second increments, again based on 5K pace.

Exercises will include FIT TRAIL variations of sit ups, dips, pull-ups, push ups and etc.

If someone catches up with the group it front it will be “first come, first serve.” Please remember the emphasis is on FUN, not race!

Each station will have volunteers cheering you on and helping ensure “quality.” We hope they will help add some excitement there as well!
Start will be located in Parking Lot on Frederica Street side of Steele Stadium
